The disk has to be checked, but here the reason can be completely somewhere else.
Please note that YT videos can be in a variety of formats. Both sound and picture.

I would reinstall audio / video codecs in your place. Look out for the K-Lite Codec Pack. Then download the flash. Install the latest versions of browsers.
I understand that the system is 64 bit and really uses these 8 GB of memory, instead of less than 4 GB. Disconnect any unnecessary applications.
Check what memory consumption you have, the processor during playback, and what the network load is. Run a task manager for this purpose.
If you have access to the network via a wi-fi card, then the strength / quality of the signal is also important for streaming such materials, and for simultaneous use by other applications.
Please note that the system does not update too much in the background while you want to use the Internet. And what is your net speed?
You can download YouTube videos entirely to your hard drive. Make a test. Download a short movie on your computer and check how much time it took. Play it then locally.

And so I installed the latest Flash, the K-Lite package, I also checked the task manager. When these problems occur, the memory is used is about 2.5 GB, the processor is about 10%, the Internet is stationary, i.e. via twisted pair and everything works fine.
For now everything has been working properly for 2 days.

However, I noticed something else and I think I focused too much on Youtube.pl. When these problems occur, the movie played on Youtube.pl downloads some time (gray band) while playback (red bar) and the image remain on the first frames. For this I checked the movie and music from the disc and disk and the same thing happens unfortunately. no sound or image. After the reset, everything returns to normal. I am wondering about the HDMI cable if it is not the cause. At the moment I can not check at the end of D-Sub. As soon as I get a cable to the monitor and write to the sound effect.

In truth I have not checked on another monitor-computer cable, whether it affects proper operation. However, after installing the drivers, it is a similar monitor, i.e. LG Monitor Software (SS_Ver6.54, AR_Ver2.2), and the closed topic has not been described as yet.
