IPhone 7 (128GB) microphone - I can't hear me when I'm talking

I have such a problem. Today I talked a bit on TeamSpeak (on the phone) and then I called a friend. It turned out that I could not hear me at all, he only heard some noise.
What i tried
- Phone restart
- Restore settings
- I have zeroed the phone and configured it again
And nothing helps.
I will add that when I record a movie, I record on the voice recorder or I talk on FaceTime or TeamSpeak, the microphone works .....
I changed the SIM card but to no avail ...

Microphone holes at the bottom clean ?? If the aforementioned activities did not help, then the tape with the microphone did not change. Unless you have a guarantee, give it back.

Give back the warranty, you can still restore the software from scratch via DFU mode.
