As in the subject during the conversation there is no sound in the conversation speaker and the microphone is not working. I read about the u3101 system. I do not want to move it unnecessarily. The phone was not flooded. The loudspeaker and microphone have been brand new and are unchanged. Please help.

Was the fall? If the voice recorder does not work, and the hands-free function is not available, the pads / tracks after the audio system. Be very careful, on the other side of the laminate is a Baseband and CPU.

That's exactly the problem. I do not know the history of the phone. Possible fall. The system has been removed. Pads not yet cleared But one is missing. I attach a picture. What is it connected with? The first row is lower. It is possible that there was already a cracked path there.

I can see that the most often falls away ;) sometimes fall off two - make a jumper, pour UV-curing adhesive over the surface and solder the new layout (sometimes on the old one does not want to work). A common fault in this model - apple descended with quality for dogs. Prices upwards down

Thanks. After cleaning, B3 B4, b10 and L9 pads are missing. I do not have a program to see if these are important pads

What effect did you get after replacing the system. Fault removed?

If he did it well, then the fault was definitely removed, there is no other way :)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around an iPhone 7 experiencing issues with no sound from the speaker and a non-functional microphone. The user mentions the U3101 system and clarifies that the phone has not been flooded, and both the loudspeaker and microphone are new. Responses suggest that the problem may stem from damaged pads or tracks in the audio system, possibly due to a fall. Users recommend cleaning the pads and making jumpers if necessary. It is noted that certain pads (B3, B4, B10, and L9) are non-critical (NC) and can be ignored. The conversation also touches on the general decline in quality of Apple products.
