    Hi
I have a problem, I replaced the display on the iphone 7 plus with a good replacement.

I put everything together and it turns out that the speaker for calls does not make any sound. be it during a call or while listening to music / voice memos

the webcam and sensors work flawlessly, I even replaced the speaker with the 7plus with a 6S speaker, still silence

I measured the voltage in 4 fields on the tape with the speaker pins
around 1.7V is there during the conversation
when I finish the call it is around 0.3V

Have any of you already had this problem and know how to solve it?
I'm afraid the damage is on the motherboard

On Tuesday I will only have a new tape, but I doubt it was her fault because I did everything very carefully, I looked at it under the magnifying glass and I do not see any damage

Put a new tape at the beginning and the second thing is whether the speakerphone works for you? Do you have a ringing tone?

I would bet on the tape, I had exactly the same case, no damage was visible but the new tape did the trick.

After a fall, the laminate under the audio circuit is often damaged, most often the clock signal breaks, but not only.
Reball and reconstruction of the signals is then necessary.

Check if the voice recorder is working? If not, you can get on with the motherboard.

Here you can see which pads / tracks are meant and what the correct repair should look like

I replaced the tape with a new one and the speaker works again :)

Be careful when replacing the display as the replacement tape is no longer as good as the original.

The sensor responsible for the automatic adjustment of the backlight in the replacement does not work, (

And it is not the fault of the display or incorrect centering. The original tape sensor inserted into the same display worked perfectly.

In the non-original tape, the sensor looks completely different. Instead of a coating resembling a camera matrix, it is matte in brown.

Perhaps the tape I bought had a mechanical damage to the sensor.

Thanks to everyone for your commitment
