Hello, I have a question that I would like to set the torque wrench to 17 nm and the one I have (I attach the model in the attachment) has a range from 19 to 120 nm, and can it be set somehow?

You set it to 19 and go back so that 7 aligns with the scale.

And what will guarantee that it will be 17Nm, if it is out of range?

Since its minimum value is 19 Nm, going below the scale does not guarantee correct operation.

For such small moments this key is not suitable anyway, what I gave gives the approximate value that goes to get on it.

Exactly as above - on the website they say that it can be set but this pic on the water means by the eye you set it out of range. So as if you didn't set up. You must have a dedicated one that contains such a range.
