Ford Focus mk2 2005 - Flashing LED between engine temperature and fuel level

Hello. I have a problem, which is the red flashing LED between the fuel level and engine temperature. I have no idea what it is, and it lights up as soon as the engine is started. Very often it happens if the car stands near the house overnight, or when I am at work, i.e. after 8 hours of rest. First, it flashes all the time, after some time it is getting slower and finally it doesn't flash. What could it be ? What is this happening? Thank you in advance for your help !

First flashes quickly, after about a minute it starts flashing more slowly.
You should count these slow flashes - their number. At the end of the video you have a table, find the number corresponding to the number of flashes and read what hurts him. It is not known what and how without it.
