    Hello,
Before I start the topic, I ask for your understanding, because I know that this type of information is full on the Internet, however, I expect short and specific answers confirming my opinion.
I have an agricultural plot through which the 0.4kV low voltage line passes and a bit further diagonally WN 110kV line. The plot is long and I want to transform it into three building plots, however, for obvious reasons, part of its surface falls off because it is cut by the WN line and at the beginning is the nN line.
In connection with the above, my questions:
    - at what distance can I build from the WN line (it is about the distance between the construction site and the extreme cable - I read something about 15 meters)?
    - does construction near such a line make sense or is it better to run as far as possible from it?
    - and what about the nN line? what distance from the building (I will add that it is an insulated line) or does it make sense in this case to request a collision removal and gaging at your own expense?

Thank you in advance for help colleagues!

As for the distance, it all determines the building law. Removing a collision at your own expense will not pay. You can always ask at the power plant these costs of several thousand.

Indicate the paragraph of this law when writing about this distance.

§ 55.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 6 February 2003. on health and safety at work during construction works (Journal of Laws No. 47, item 401):
It is not permissible to position workplaces, landfills for products and materials, or construction machinery and equipment directly under overhead power lines or at a horizontal distance from the extreme cables less than:
3 m for lines with a rated voltage not exceeding 1 kV.
15 m for lines with a rated voltage above 30 kV but not exceeding 110 kV

§55.3 When carrying out construction works using machinery or other technical devices, safe working conditions shall be agreed with the user directly under the high-voltage power line

    Probably from here it's 15 m.
