    More informations: good afternoon.everything works on this TV except the hdmi inputs, I don't know if it's software or hardware, but for starters I would try to update the firmware, if anyone could make themselves available, I'd appreciate it

    You can probably replace your friend's processor. Maybe you should first check whether those pins from HDMI that should not be ground are sometimes shorted to ground.
