Identifying Cheapest Samsung Model With Text Dictation Feature - Samsung S8 vs J3 (2016)

The colleague has a Samsung S8 phone and he has, this phone, the factory function of writing messages, text messages - through dictation.
When you open the keyboard to write a message, there is a button next to it with a microphone icon, and after pressing it - you can dictate the content.
Nice thing - convenient.
From what model Samsung have this function ?, - I checked in J3 (2016) - but it is not.
As anyone knows, I am asking for info, because I would like to buy the cheapest one with this function.

In order to activate the voice input function you must first activate this function in the keyboard settings, the microphone sign appears on the keyboard and then when you want to write with speech, we touch this sign and speak the text to the microphone that we want to enter into the message.
