Software update on tv - if nothing helps then you will do nothing more and you have to wait when the manufacturer will fix it with the next soft.

Buy any Android Dongle Tv and it will always work (we install and change everything as we want and when we want, we are not dependent on any manufacturer of the equipment but only on the creator of the given app) - SMART Tv is generally a big misfire.

You buy a box, install the latest version of the app from the Google store and use it.
You connect it to the HDMI port on the tv and you have SMART TV only much more forward-looking and completely independent of the tv manufacturer - you can install KODI in it and you have a multimedia harvester.

I thought about the tv box for a long time because of kodi. How do you use the tv box?

For me, the same thing loaded correctly at least once. They changed the player's appearance, but I think there was support for older versions of TV :( . Just why send out by force ehhh.
