    Hello
For some time I have a problem with Ipl and Player.
Ipla does not want to turn on at all, only the loading bar appears, after which she returns to choosing the application after a long time.
In the player, on the other hand, the same happens, except that after selecting the material to watch, the loading bar spins, after which the TV reboots.
I would like to add that the other Youtube applications, etc. work without a hitch.
I have no idea what may be the cause, maybe you've had a similar problem.
Thanks in advance for all the info. :D

Sure, the application owners have changed something in them and a new version of the players on tv is needed.
You will not do anything about it.
It should (if available) upload the latest TV software.
If you do not have one, you will not do anything about it.
Sometimes it helps to reset the tv and reset SMART TV.

Sure, Kocurek, you're right. The latest software is already uploaded to the TV. How do I go through the Web Browser to the Ipli website the same, it turns
    only the loading bar ...

This whole SMART TV is one big misfire and misunderstanding.
How can anything work, like a tv producer (its software) has no power or power to work in creating and improving external applications.
The only thing that can do is give you info (and that's not always, because the company will change something and the manufacturer does not even know anything about it): "from the day ..... ... ceases to operate our services / application on our products .... .. for reasons beyond our control. "
Although there are also such flowers that everything works on tv from 2013 and earlier, between 2014 and 2016 nothing works, and from 2017 it will work again (of course only on new TV from 2017/2018) but until when it will work again ...?

    Two options to choose from:
Wait for a new softa for this tv, or buy Android dongle tv and have what you need, and not always in the nerves and uncertainty, when I'm going to "drop out" again.

Please, write to us if an error message has been displayed. If so, which one?
Have you tried to restore factory settings?
Give us the exact model of the device on which the problem occurs.
Which Internet connection do you use (mobile, landline) and what speed?

I connected the TV directly with the network cable and IPLA is spinning :-)
