Lark 43.3 Navigation: Purchasing Map Updates - Navigo.pl Availability Inquiry

I have Lark 43.3 navigation with outdated maps. I wanted to buy updates at the navigo.pl store (I had an account there and previously bought updates), but for a few days the page does not load in the browser. The question is whether you can buy map updates and in what company for this navigation? Is navigo still available?

In case of problems with the factory map, you can also purchase any other maps for Windows CE.

I am struggling with a similar problem myself.
The navigator.pl "successor" seems to be techvigo.pl.
You have to go to https://sklep.techvigo.pl/ and after registering as a new user, use the option Register device -> Add application. Here you must enter the map license key that can be read on the Lark device (Settings -> Lark Map Info - Software version). For me, it has been correctly identified and associated with the email address that I provided when registering and as a result I can download the latest version of the map.
