GoClever Navio 520 Lifetime Map Update: Stuck on 2014.12 European Package for 2 Years

When I bought the navigation, the description said it was a "lifetime map update" package.
According to the update instructions, I easily go to the map page.
The problem is that a map package dated 2014.12 has been hanging there all the time for 2 years
There is no newer map for not a single European country (including Poland of course).
Do any of you know what is going on and did it? I am already thinking about buying a license for AutoMapa, because it is annoying that so many new roads, expressways were built, many streets in cities were rebuilt, new roundabouts were created, some streets are one-way - so the map two years ago ceased to be useful.

A common situation - a lifetime update is often a mockery as you read the license terms.

This is the basis for cash back for equipment as a breach of contract

For other manufacturers, a lifetime warranty = until the end of the product's production. A literal interpretation can be confusing.

Very often, the "lifelong update" option requires certain conditions to be met, e.g. registration within a specific period.

The easiest way - write to the GC website, they will explain everything to you

So the question is: Why can I log in to the update server? (Rhetorical)
