    Hey,

I'm completely green when it comes to stoves. I get an error e10 on the Brotje stove, I got the information that you need to add water. However, the blue valve is tightened so tightly that it cannot be unscrewed. Is there any other option to admit water? I read somewhere that you can somehow with the expansion tank, but it's already a college and I can't even find it. Anyone have any idea what I can do? Service only available on Thursday and I'm without hot water.

In fact, it does not matter which way the water is added to the circuit, so look for a tap, e.g. for the water drain, or an air vent, and maybe that's where you can top up with some syllable.

I try to do it somehow and nothing goes, it's hard to get there with something to pour. I understand that the drain cock is the white one?

There is little data about this stove to answer this question.
And so I remembered that sometimes there is a protective cap on the refilling valve that needs to be removed.

Okay, I've already managed it somehow. Then I will ask the 2nd question. I think water is leaking from the radiator, this may be the reason for lowering the pressure in the stove?

Heaters + pipes + circulation as in the boiler are one and the same circuit, therefore the loss of water in the radiator causes a pressure drop in the entire installation, including the boiler.

The reason? I guess the cause, never mind. And where is it leaking, or not from the valve?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around resolving an E10 error on a Brotje gas stove, which indicates a need to add water to the system. The user faces difficulty with a stuck blue valve and seeks alternative methods to admit water. Suggestions include looking for a water drain tap or air vent to refill the system. It is noted that there may be a protective cap on the refilling valve that needs removal. The user later confirms they managed to add water but suspects a leak from the radiator may be causing pressure loss in the system, as the heating circuit is interconnected with the boiler.
