Brotje Energy TOP 24 CE - The stove stops working on the display - error E03

Hello, please help me, I have a problem with the Brotje Energy Top 24 CE stove.
The stove stops working and the display shows error E03. I don`t know if it has anything to do with it, but the stove shows this error when heating water on very warm days... Most often, the temperature outside is around 30 degrees, then the error appears. Please advise... what could it be...

E03 = exhaust gas thermostat has activated (exhaust gases are released into the room instead of into the chimney). Lack of adequate chimney draft = call a chimney sweeper and have the boiler inspected (cleaned).

I have exactly the same problem. The chimney has been cleaned and is working fine. There is also an air supply to the room. I don`t know what else to do with this. The company told me that there is a chance that there is a `pill` that works as an exhaust gas sensor, which may be faulty, but apparently this is a very, very rare situation. Can anyone advise me anything else?

Hello, I`m not an expert, but I can use a screwdriver, a hammer and a caliper. Here`s what happened to me. Error E03, the stove is not working. I removed the casing (white) and then the other one that protects the combustion chamber. There is a fan in the chamber, on the left side. It turned out that the fan was... jammed, stuck. I started the fan, it runs smoothly and the stove works.
Now the diagnosis. Or a bird flew in and blocked the blower. Or the engine seizes/runs out. I still need to clean the boiler elbow and the entire chimney.
