Hello, I have a problem with MSI Afterburner. After installing the program starts up nicely but on all these clocks (MHz, mV and temperature) all these values are 0. I tried to rummage in the settings of this program but it does nothing. I count on help. :D
I have an HP Pavilion 17-e045s laptop, win10 64 bit operating system, 8GB of RAM, AMD Radeon HD 8670M graphics card, AMD A10-5750M processor.

    1 Drivers installed?
2 Why do you need it on a laptop?

maybe the program doesn't support your GPU.

All drivers are installed but I will try to find newer ones. I need this program to overclock the graphics card and Procek processor ?

If the program starts to work with this card at all, the effects will be negligible, but you will increase the risk of frying the GPU. You can't overclock this CPU. If this processor can be overclocked - which I doubt - the temperatures will rise and the laptop will turn off.
Why do you want to overclock these components? I assume that for games, the only question is which ones, because you can forget about newer titles with the performance of this 2014 laptop. It can be used for games released until 2010.

And these are not indications of a dormant card - after all, you have two? After all, the clocks are visible, start the game, then most should appear (but not everything). Do you have options unlocked from OC in the program options?

GTA5 on medium settings I have 45 fps in cs go on low 115 (on a new route) This is not a huge result, but I am not asking if there is any sense in doing it on a laptop just how to do it :)

    Hello

First question from me, what are your temperatures under stress?
Because if more than 70, after overclocking you will have "Thermal throttling", i.e. lowering the CPU and / or GPU clock speed. It will turn out that it will be even worse as it was, because the falls will be sudden and very annoying.

For the program to detect your card, it must be active, because what I see in the screenshot is simply a dormant card (the laptop works on the integrated).

There are two options, either you turn off the integrated card in Bios (if it is possible), or in the settings of the card and Windows you need to set high performance everywhere and graphics card switching not only in full-screen applications.
Some graphics cards in laptops do not have this function and the desktop then comes only with integrated.

    Regards

    Spk I'll try. :)

Which of these graphics cards is an integrated card and which is the normal, AMD Radeon HD 8650G or AMD Radeon HD 8670M?

The HD 6850G is integrated in the processor

    It just can't be done
