Hello. I have quite an unusual problem, namely the computer does not give a picture, the fans are spinning, and the VGA diode is lit all the time on the disc. It happened after lending a colleague the processor to update the bios.
I sent the graphics card back and the warranty - working (it did not work before checking it in another computer). After returning from the warranty, I checked it in another computer, it works.
So I sent the motherboard under warranty - not recognized due to damage done by the courier, and I forgot to take a picture before shipping. Well, I bought a new motherboard with the same going on.
I would like to add that when I start the computer without graphics, I only hear 3 long beeps from the loudspeaker.
    My configuration:
    GPU gtx 1060 Palit dual
    CPU ryzen 5 2600
Psu spc vero l2 600 In IN
Motherboard (new) msi b450 a pro max
    (old) msi b350m pro-vdh
Ram hyper x predator 2x4 3000 mhz MHz CL 15

I tested two other graphics in this kit on an old motherboard and they work
I tested the power supply and it is also operational, I tested another one
I tried to fire on one ram bone
I tried to reset and update the bios on the old motherboard

The msi b450 a pro max motherboard has an integrated graphics chip. Is everything ok after connecting the monitor to it?

Fact, I did not pay attention to the processor. I apologize to the author for the confusion.

Neither B350 nor B450 comes with a GPU, it can only support a CPU GPU that the Ryzen 2600 does not have. After connecting a monitor to these outputs, all you can see is a black screen.

I suggest connecting the graphics card to the second long PCIe slot on the B450, the only common element of these configurations is the proven graphics card and the processor that went somewhere there, the main PCI Express slot used by the graphics card is connected directly to the processor. It is worth checking the bottom slot, other PCIe lines will be used to communicate with the card.

Dla mnie masz problem z cpu Ryzen.

    p.s
 VGA led lit = it's not finding a video card.

The VGA debug led (is Red) was on because the GPU wasn't posting ,this is bcoz the graphic card isn't getting sufficient electricity or the appropriate electricity. what I mean by this is either u have to make a stronger volt line or you are using a wrong psu cord head. for eg - I had a US head PSU but I needed a European one. hope this helps. Also this is 90% of the time a problem specifically with a GTX 1060 6GB idk why so nvidia u might want to look into this

You used FlashBack - just do not update to the latest bios at the start because usually it is not worth just uploading an older one.

Each RAM slot is checked, of course, a single bone?
Other graphics have already been tested on this album or only on the old one?

Take the board out of the housing just in case and connect it to the bare minimum. Remove the bios batteries for now and also reset the BIOS (do not insert the battery).

If you have everything connected, you have darkness >> is the fan on the gpu spinning?

minimal configuration: CPU + CPU-Cooler + only 1 RAM stick + GPU + PSU + Keyboard / Mouse; nothing else!
Then Clear CMOS and start, choose "Load bios default values" when asked and stop.
.. next try each output of your GPU.
    * move your GPU on the other PCIe
