And I will never recommend TV Manta again, I bought 55LUA68L, what can I say about it, it is average, the sound quality is very poor compared to other brands, I will add as a warning to everyone who wants to use the service, my TV broke down after 20 days, I packed into two people like an egg for Easter without any damage, the service sent a courier without any option to check for mechanical damage, I could not demand from the courier because the customer was the service, so Manta receives the equipment on the spot, it turned out that after opening the website there is a cracked matrix, they immediately stated, despite the mistakes they made when receiving, that the customer was guilty because the packaging was whole, I have been struggling with the problem for a long time, so far without effect. Let this be a warning to everyone how the service proceeds, it is rather due to their savings in shipments. At the end I will add that Samsung TV is best serviced, over 32 inches they come to the house, if necessary pick up themselves with their own transport if they do not fix it on the spot.

FAQ

TL;DR: With 4 m seating, 55” feels small; go 58–65”. "Don’t take 55”." Choose larger models that fit your budget. [Elektroda, Anonymous, post #17132458]

Why it matters: This FAQ helps budget‑minded buyers pick the right 55–65” TV for a 4 m room, avoiding common regrets.

Quick Facts

Is the Manta 60LUA58L EMPEROR a good buy under 2,500 PLN?

Thread contributors did not endorse it. One expert recommended the Samsung 58MU6122K instead for better value in larger sizes. That moves you from an uncommon 60” pick to a well‑known 58” platform. Verify features you need before buying. [Elektroda, Ludwik XVI, post #17129071]

What TV size should I pick for a 4 m viewing distance?

Go bigger. At 4 m, users regretted choosing 55”. Target at least 58–65” for immersion and easier readability. If space allows, 65” gives a clearly larger image. Adjust seating or wall‑mount to optimize viewing angles. [Elektroda, Anonymous, post #17132458]

Are “400 Hz” motion claims real on budget 4K TVs?

No. In this class, the native panel runs at 50 Hz. Higher “400 Hz” numbers reflect processing, not true refresh. As one expert put it, “There is a 50 Hz matrix.” Expect 50/60 Hz behavior in practice. [Elektroda, Anonymous, post #17131544]

Which 55” models deliver strong value around 2,100–2,400 PLN?

Shortlist these: Philips 55PUS6262 (~2,099 PLN), TCL 55P60 (~2,399 PLN), and Thomson 55UC64 (~2,399 PLN). They were called very good and well equipped. Compare SMART systems, inputs, and panel traits to match your needs. [Elektroda, Anonymous, post #17575880]

Any 65” deals near 3,450 PLN?

Yes. Sharp 65CUG8052 appeared around 3,450 PLN in user‑shared offers. That size suits 4 m seating better than 55”. Check current stock and panel type, as promotions and availability change. [Elektroda, Anonymous, post #17129168]

Are there 65” options close to 4,000 PLN?

Yes. TCL 65P6046 was cited at 3,999 PLN. You get a large 4K screen with modern apps at a still‑accessible price. Confirm HDR handling and inputs cover your devices. [Elektroda, Anonymous, post #17131544]

Is the Panasonic TX-55EX633E worth considering at 2,599 PLN?

One expert flagged a promotion and said, “Take it and do not hesitate—good TV at a good price.” If you must stay at 55”, it offered strong value during that sale. Verify today’s price and availability. [Elektroda, Ludwik XVI, post #17131857]

How reliable is Manta, and what service issues came up?

One owner reported a failure after 20 days on a Manta 55LUA68L and a cracked‑panel dispute after courier pickup. They also described weak sound and noted Samsung’s on‑site service for >32”. Factor service quality into your decision. [Elektroda, szmic, post #17575182]

How does sound quality compare on budget sets?

A user rated Manta’s sound as poor versus other brands. If audio matters, plan for a soundbar or audition sets in‑store. Choose a brand whose speakers meet your expectations. [Elektroda, szmic, post #17575182]

Is Samsung 58MU6122K a sensible alternative to 60”?

Yes. It was the recommended large‑screen option over unvetted 60” picks. You get a widely supported platform at a size that fits 4 m rooms. Confirm app support and panel type before purchase. [Elektroda, Ludwik XVI, post #17129071]

I want exactly 60”. Did the thread recommend any?

No specific 60” model was endorsed. Recommendations focused on 58” or 65”, such as Samsung 58MU6122K. If 60” is mandatory, compare carefully and check service terms. [Elektroda, Ludwik XVI, post #17129071]

Are there positive user reports on Manta in this thread?

Yes. One user recommended the Manta 55LUA38M and reported being very pleased. Treat this as one user’s experience and compare with other brands’ offers and service. [Elektroda, mgreta36, post #17301262]

Where can I get the prices quoted in the thread?

The poster shared specific deal details via private message (“You have info at PW”). Such prices often come from flash sales or local promos. Ask sellers or forum members for current links. [Elektroda, Anonymous, post #17576292]

How can I choose quickly between these options? (3‑step how‑to)

Do this:
  1. Pick size for 4 m seating; target 58–65 inches.
  2. Shortlist value 55” sets: Philips 55PUS6262, TCL 55P60, Thomson 55UC64.
  3. Compare SMART features, ports, and panel type; buy the one you’ll enjoy daily. [Elektroda, Anonymous, post #17575880]

How much bigger is 65” compared with 55”?

A 65” screen has about 40% more area than a 55”. The jump is obvious at 4 m and boosts readability and immersion. If budget and space allow, the upgrade is worthwhile. [“Display Wars: 55 vs 65”]
