The oven is only 2 months old, I recently bought an induction pan and with prolonged baking a circle appears on it, as if discoloration on the plate. It doesn't go away and it is kind of rough slightly from the rest. The frying pan has a hole in the center and I think this is a problem, but I do not know it. I am asking for some advice, can it be removed by some means or just to give the pan a guarantee?

So the complaints cooker and in general is some chance that takes into account my complaints? I use pots on this stove and nothing is left of this pan. That is why I thought that maybe, like a frying pan, there is no whole built-up bottom because of that there are these discolorations.

However, the disc was not permanently damaged as I thought at the beginning. A more powerful cleaning agent did the trick. But the pans were returned as part of the complaint.
