Why do you want to give away the pan? This stove is poor because irreversible changes have occurred on it.

So the complaints cooker and in general is some chance that takes into account my complaints? I use pots on this stove and nothing is left of this pan. That is why I thought that maybe, like a frying pan, there is no whole built-up bottom because of that there are these discolorations.

Look through the oven operating instructions and warranty conditions and see if it is mentioned which pots / pans you can use and which not. I looked quickly and see that: The cookware is suitable for cooking on an induction hob if: .... - The bottom of the container should be as thick and flat as possible. ... (page 12) Your pan is not flat, it has a dent in it, so you used the oven not according to the manufacturer's instructions.

However, the disc was not permanently damaged as I thought at the beginning. A more powerful cleaning agent did the trick. But the pans were returned as part of the complaint.

I am asking for some advice, can it be removed by some means or just to give the pan a guarantee?

Your pan is not flat, it has a dent in it, so you used the oven not according to the manufacturer's instructions.
