    Hello,

I have an Electrolux EHH6340FXK induction hob. The CD was purchased a year ago at the end of January. At the end of October last year, blisters began to appear under one of the burners (photo below). It was the most commonly used burner.

I decided to advertise the board to Electrolux. I received a response that the damage visible in the photo is the result of damage from impact or pots and the company refused to service.

I immediately point out that I use Berghoff pots, and besides, the hob has no right to turn on if the pot is not intended for induction. Has anyone encountered a similar case and is able to help?

The delamination of the glass may be caused by placing pots cooled down in the refrigerator on a hot glass, in extreme cases it may break.

Buy ceramic hob cleaning milk, a little on the glass. Rub the white cotton cloth gently over the defect. It's almost certain that if you pick it up and look at the bottom of the cloth, it will be brown. Before the test, of course, wash the area with water only and dry it. If you do this, we will continue to act, just report how the test will be performed. What agents were used to clean and maintain the device?

To clean the hob, I used Dr. Beckmann.

There is a kind of air in the blisters (they are convex, when you press the bladder - it bends).

I will buy the milk somehow at the end of the week and let you know / post some photos.

I suppose it was a stainless steel cleaner.

Purchase a ceramic hob scraper right away.

Some progress? Have you cleaned the glass?

Yes, it was thanks to your tips :)
Sorry, I'm just writing but I had a business trip and there was no time to answer :)
I post photos from cleaning the disc.

The best part is that the Electrolux "technician" has twice confirmed it was damage to the hob by impact or by the wrong pots. He refused to help me and offered a new album. You can see that the website is just tricksters.

Thank you so much for help!

Then you can throw this agent away, because here is the cause of the problem (it sticks dirt :) for glass). Greetings.

The best thing is that I bought a lotion from the same company, only it is a lotion and not a spray. I will try to use it, it is supposed to be specially dedicated to induction cookers, but if the situation repeats, I will change to a different one.
    Thanks again :)

Hello, I also have a problem with the induction hob, the burnt stain has probably entered the structure of the hob and a blister has formed next to it. I am asking for tips and advice.

    Thanks in advance.

Electrolux itself has a special professional preparation for this type of thing. Someone was testing this ?

I am asking for help in a similar matter. My tenant was using an induction hob and caused the following discoloration. The discoloration was as if under the surface of the board. Please help.

Where are these discolorations? I can only see the ceramic surface covered with burnt grease. I recommend the CIF and the scraper.

This is fat and when it comes to CIF we tried many of these types of specifics and nothing. The dirt is visible as if under the surface of the plate. Cleaning with ordinary means does not help. Maybe someone dealt with a similar problem?

Hey, I have a bit of a similar problem with the induction hob. Strange patterns appeared. It is slightly felt under the finger as a slightly different structure, but not literally a bit.

    Hello,
I need help I have small bubbles (this is how it looks when held up to the light) on the induction hob it is slightly scratched but these little black spots have recently appeared I was hoping they were grease stains that stick to the hob but I have cleaned it all and nothing helped, need advice. Could these bubbles be in the disc, which can't be removed in any way? However, do I need a stronger agent to make these spots go away?
    Please help.
    Thank you in advance.
