Good morning, could someone more knowledgeable tell me how to turn these knobs to make the water warmest? Unfortunately, something appeared in the junkers and summer flies ... thanks for the help in advance

Left (gas) maximally to the left (but this will cause high gas consumption, as there will be a large flame) and right - maximally to the right (then the smallest stream of water, but HOT). Note: with the setting as I wrote, the water can be very hot (it can seriously burn), so it is better to reduce the gas with the left knob (to the smallest possible).

By turning the hot water and turning the knob with the tap you should see a change in the water flow. If this is not the case, the knob is inserted incorrectly or the knob hole is damaged. The knob can be pulled out and the water flow adjusted by gripping the valve axis with pliers. The same with the size of the flame, looking from below you can see and even hear a change. Regards
