Hello, I have a problem with the choice of TV for the living room. Similar price, but which will be better? Philips PUS6561 or Philips PUS7303?

4. Are we sitting in front of the screen or sideways to the screen? - straight out

8. What do we want the TV to have? - Smart TV, 4K image, 55 inches

10. What devices? - sometimes a flash drive or a phone

Which TV should you choose? What are the pros and cons of the TVs above? The Philips 6561 has a 120Hz refresh rate, that's a big plus. In the future I plan to buy a PS4, so that tv must be suitable for playing. I also found the Manta 65LUA58L Emperor, 65 inches, price around 2500 PLN, sounds interesting. I read a bit about this tv and opinions get different. I would like to ask you to comment on this TV too. I would prefer a larger tv, but maybe 55 inches in Philips will be better. Or maybe you can provide some other suggestions for 55 inch TVs for around 3000 PLN worth considering. Thank you in advance for all statements.
