    I run the program, click on the lightning bolt, select the flashmode, search for the software and when the information about connecting the phone appears, I turn off the phone and connect it to the USB holding the volume down button and I see what is shown in the picture above and only the green LED is on the phone.

    Dad gave the phone to his son, he created an account and entered some password to play with the phone on wifi without a sim card, I visited them and they entered all known accounts and passwords and nothing fits :!:
