Hello, I have updated the system to the latest version 8.0. While using the phone, I noticed problems with touch, problems with unlocking, writing etc. I would like to ask how to go back to the previous version?

    best regards

Upload the software version you are looking for with Flashtool.

I've already done this manual and I have everything but I don't have any software.
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to download from the given site, can someone share the link directly?

    Are you kidding
Normally you click on the firmware you are interested in, on the next page you click "click here to start download" and finally "download".

Which is because I don't really understand.
I do as it is in the instructions.

    Added after 6 [minutes]:

I run the program, click on the lightning bolt, select the flashmode, search for the software and when the information about connecting the phone appears, I turn off the phone and connect it to the USB holding the volume down button and I see what is shown in the picture above and only the green LED is on the phone.

When you set everything up in the program and load the firmware, you click "flash" on the switched off phone, press the "Volume Down Button" and then connect the cable.

So I do and the window appears just like in the picture.
I will add that I select everything in the Wipe field

The service is rather out of the question and wants to do it yourself.

The phone is from the Play network, I downloaded the software "G3121_Play PL_1307-5711_48.1.A.0.129_R1B", everything was loaded to the phone correctly,
and I have a question, what error do I make when uploading that after starting, despite selecting the "Configure as new" user,
asks me to log into my previous account :?: :?:

The phone has a frp lock. You didn't delete your previous google account and it's now asking for it.

Dad gave the phone to his son, he created an account and entered some password to play with the phone on wifi without a sim card, I visited them and they entered all known accounts and passwords and nothing fits :!:
There is some way or a phone for a chute :?:

It is to go to the site or search for information on the net.
