    Hello.
I have a problem with the internet on my phone. I can not open most of the pages in the browser ("this site is unreachable"), play store, banking application throw out no internet. However, youtube, messenger, google search works for me. I've tried to fix this in many ways. I have repeatedly downloaded the internet settings, by phone, from the Orange website, I entered it myself. I was deleting browser data. I reinstalled the system (I'm not sure but the problem probably occurred around the Android 9.0 update). I was downloading apps to change DNS servers (I read that this might have something to do). I called Orange Technical Support. I heard that they will reset my SIM card, and if it does not help, I have to replace it with a new one because the card is already old. Today I changed the card and that didn't help either.
I know that there is a similar topic on the forum, but the author wrote there that he got rid of the problem by downloading the settings from the operator's website, and it does not help me ...
If someone helps me solve this problem, I will be very grateful because I have no idea how to fix it.

Have you tried on a non-system browser?

I tried on Chrome and Dolphin. Both on one and the other does not work. I mean, google searches normally, but most (virtually all) sites don't work.
I think it is not the browser fault because independent applications such as play store, bank application, etc. do not work.

Check in the APN settings which protocol is selected. IPv4 or IPv6 (this would indicate the fact that google works and other sites do not). Change to IPv4, restart the phone to be sure and check again. SONY for Orange often incorrectly set only IPv6 by default.

    It works!
Praise you buddy for giving me an idea. I was about to give up but after your post I decided to try again. The Internet still did not want to work on IPv4 because in the "APN" tab I had "internetipv6".
    Name: (any)
    APN: internet
    proxy: not set
    port: not set
    Username: Not set
    Password: not set
    MMSC: Not Set
    MMS Proxy: Not Set
    MMS Port: Not Set
    MCC: 260
    MNC: 03
    Authentication Type: PAP
    APN type: default, supl
    APN protocol: IPv4
    APN roaming protocol: IPv4
So you have to enter these settings manually. No settings reset or downloading from the Internet will help. After entering the settings I gave above, everything works as it should.
Thank you for your help. :)

In fact, I forgot that SONY had it also kicked in the profile. Interestingly, IPv6 for Orange PL is often set by default at least from Xperia ARC (LT18).
