Emmerson MR-150BT Bluetooth Speaker: Fixing H1 Error Display Issue - Tips & Solutions Needed

There is a problem with the Emmerson MR-150BT bluetooth speaker, specifically the display shows only the H1 itself and I can't set anything, etc., not to mention music playback, etc.

Does anyone know a patent for it, how to fix it? Maybe it is not something difficult, and what I would like to deal with myself, I could only use hints from someone from Forum members.

For me, it helped to hold the radio mute button for a few seconds, i.e. V-

I wrote to the address:

that I have - "message H1" on NewAudio MR-150BT -
They sent me a link to download the service program and updates via the "We Transfer" service.
You have to download it to your computer within three days (then the program disappears) and run this program
(It's good to have a computer scientist on hand; I did.)
You need a USB-USB cable - not micro-USB.
The guys from the site will explain how to proceed with the program ...
... and after uploading this program, the tube worked.
