    I have a problem with counterfeit JBL Pulse 2 speaker. The problem is that the speaker stopped working at a certain moment, does not respond to the buttons, it just lights up, I can not turn it off ... I have it less than 24 hours ..

    First, disconnect the battery for a minute. Second, check if any of the buttons are permanently shorted.
