In Windows 10, entering emergency mode is different than in previous systems, description of entering the emergency mode in the link.

I put in a windows installation disc. But after running, the emergency mode does not appear to me, and as I try F8, DEL, ESC does not react. In the day when I turned on the computer it was normally everything so I turned it off because I was in a hurry. Now there is no information about automatic repair, only when the computer is turned on, the windows logo appears and a black screen appears immediately.
