I have a problem with Windows 10. Probably after the update I do not want to start. There is a blue screen all the time, the circle is spinning and displays "Windows is being prepared. Do not turn off the computer".
I tried to restore the system to a restore point from 2 weeks ago. I entered via the F10 to the restoration environment, unfortunately after reestablishing the system I click again and again ... and this message is again.
Then I thought I would run it in safe mode with networking. Again to the recovery environment, I run the emergency mode and the computer turns off and starts again and .... again, the blue screen and the same message ....

What to do to enter the system. I have two important files on my disk and I have to download them. Then I will put the system back.

Well, but at the moment I want to get to windows to rip these two files? How to do it? Help!

    Thank you in advance

    Hello.

Did you disable / unintentionally (accidentally) turn off the computer during updating ...? Or he did not have electricity at home during this time? In other words - if the update came to 100% freely and the computer itself turned off / reset ?

Nothing happened. He just had two hours, so I finally reset it myself. It was known that he would not go anymore.

You can use live distribution for this purpose, you can also connect the disk to another computer and lose files.

Hi everyone, I'll step on the subject. For me it is exactly the same. I have a dell (laptop) with the Win.8 system. Some time ago I updated to 10, somehow on 10 or 15 May a message about a valid update was displayed so I accepted it took about 2 hours. After which the update was downloaded as usual, it was already installed in English (maybe because it is the original wine 8 in the English version)
jumped out a blue background with the choice of the keyboard language and here a loop is made (which language I would not choose, I click further the help menu appears and no command is successful.
Restoring the previous version, repair ... nothing even through the recovery partition can not upload new fresh wines 8.
    Do you have any idea?
Can you try a 10 home win repair?
