Windows 10 Blue Screen & Stuck on Preparing Windows After Update: How to Access Files & Fix

I have a problem with Windows 10. Probably after the update I do not want to start. There is a blue screen all the time, the circle is spinning and displays "Windows is being prepared. Do not turn off the computer".
I tried to restore the system to a restore point from 2 weeks ago. I entered via the F10 to the restoration environment, unfortunately after reestablishing the system I click again and again ... and this message is again.
Then I thought I would run it in safe mode with networking. Again to the recovery environment, I run the emergency mode and the computer turns off and starts again and .... again, the blue screen and the same message ....

What to do to enter the system. I have two important files on my disk and I have to download them. Then I will put the system back.

You can use live distribution for this purpose, you can also connect the disk to another computer and lose files.

Hi everyone, I'll step on the subject. For me it is exactly the same. I have a dell (laptop) with the Win.8 system. Some time ago I updated to 10, somehow on 10 or 15 May a message about a valid update was displayed so I accepted it took about 2 hours.
