Hello, I have a desktop computer on which I have Windows 10 and yesterday when switching on the computer did not appear to me the screen. There are no icons on it and the desktop is all black, and in addition the taskbar does not work and the screen as if flashing or refreshing every few seconds. In normal mode, if it can be described as a keyboard, I can enter the task manager and do the basic things there. When I turn on the computer in safe mode with network support, there are icons on the desktop and I can turn them on normally, but the taskbar that is at the bottom still does not work. I did scanners, no viruses, I also updated the BIOS, in addition I did everything that is in the link below and also does not help.

I scanned these programs, plus ESET Online Scaner. As for the restore point from the time when the system was running, I tried it, but when it ended, it was a failure to fail.

This is how it looks on this computer. I was able to fire the file explorer, powershella, and chroma, and miraculously I made a screen of what it looks like.

Will it start in safe mode?
Try "Reset computer settings to the initial state". Win10 has this option straight from mobile devices. You call it from the control panel of the recovery option.
Only that if it does not work, the recovery may indicate that something has disappeared from the system - then the best repair would be from the installation media.

Yes it will start in safe mode.
Only I just do not want to choose this reset option to the initial state because I am afraid that all data will be lost. Nothing will try to repair it from the installation tile, and if it fails, I will gather data and put the system back.

I downloaded all the data and put the system back. The problem has already disappeared and is not repeated. Thank you for help.
