Hello, I am asking for advice on the Audi Q5 2.0 TDI CAHB, mileage 188,000 km, after cleaning the intake system, manifold, swirl flaps, throttle, EGR, new fluids and filters, including the fuel filter, and I cannot get rid of the P0088 error when starting, with slow driving, this error P0088 - Fuel rail / system pressure too high is saved in the memory. If we ignite the car without error, and we drive dynamically, the car has very good performance, it enters the emergency mode only when driving "economically".
In the high-pressure pump on the ztm valve there is a strainer which was dirty in about 5-8% of the surface, meticulously cleaned, blown back into its place, kept clean, no foreign bodies fell there. The injector overflow test showed a deviation of 10% and 30% more on the 3rd and 1st injectors, compared with the 2nd and 4th injectors where the amounts of fuel were equal.
The pressure jump under the KTS diagnostic computer occurs when adding gas, e.g. 400 bar is set, and the actual pressure from the fuel pressure sensor in the rail is even twice as high. Do I put myself well on the fuel pressure regulator? Only replacement with a new one will help, is it possible to clean its elements, or maybe the drain is blocked? How to bite the topic, where to start? How to diagnose the fuel pressure regulator itself, how to repair it, clean it? The number is 0 281 002 858.
Should I follow this path (link below) or maybe the reason is very simple?

Thank you in advance for suggestions from experience, more than once I have found out how much the advice of someone who has worked on a given topic is worth!
