I get the EA error code. I replaced the battery with new ones.
I checked what it means and is written
No signal from the ionization electrode (digital display shows EA).

I will check back tomorrow, because maybe it was the gas pressure that caused the heater not to start.

When turning on the heat of water, the ignition works smoothly and I see as if it made a small flame and supported it.
Is this the reason for this behavior that you know that I can safely remove myself or call the service right away? If the website is in what order, what are the amounts?

The device is 2.5 years old

Probably defective automation or puncture on the ionization electrode.

A service technician will look worse after these 2.5 years of operation. By the way, check the draft and gas tightness.

Quickly to get hot water you need to clean the electrode marked in the picture. Use fine sandpaper for cleaning.
There is a hole in the heater. There are no screws holding the pilot burner.
The visit of an authorized service technician is obligatory.

I only have screws, I removed them for cleaning.
You have to weld it, I think. What order does such welding cost and how long can it be durable?

On the other hand, it is Junkers who is 3 years old and does not look like a factory defect?

Hello. I have a question about the design of the heater itself ... does the heater have a sheet metal cover from below so that no "gutters" can be seen and whether when mounting in place of the old Termet pg17, these connection hoses are sufficient because as we know in the thermet it is cold on the left and warm on the right.

The set does not include a cover to cover "gutters". They were produced by the company http://instal-gaz.www4b.pl/. Hoses are enough for connection (you have to cross them)
