Hello, I am writing again about the pump that has been damaged. For a moment of work it made a rattling sound. Then it suddenly went out and not working. The pump operates in a ground well at a depth of approx. 3 to 4 meters. It is possible that she was out of the water for a few seconds, but could that have contributed to the failure? Please help. Do you have any gauge? Put the tips of the meter to the pins of the plug if it shows any resistance

    I see 2 possible faults:
    - power failure, plug or power cord,
    - break in the windings of the electromagnet.
The former is basically correctable if the break in the line occurs before the line enters the pump. You cannot repair everything else on your own, because the whole thing is flooded with glue or other material, and ordering someone to repair it will exceed the cost of buying a new pump.
