Hello. I am looking for a cheap mobile internet necessarily with the option of public IP (preferably static but it is not a requirement) because I need to have access to the server from the outside. I do not need a large transfer, I think up to 10GB - the lowest cost counts. Ideally, the offer should be pre-paid so as not to be bound by a contract for years, eventually a subscription, but low if there was nothing else. I can take on the company, but only if there would be no option normally.

I know that public IPs can be bought for sure at Orange and Plus, T-Mobile for companies. I do not know, however, whether in these cases it also applies to pre-paid offers. Somebody knows?

Someone recommends some other network, e.g. MNO or MVNO? The only thing I found is that the new MNVO Otvarta network offers public IP, because it is advertised on the site. For others, I have a problem finding anything specific.

Orange almost certainly has a public IP. I use it myself, I just can't remember if it was like that right away or not. It is worth asking, even via Facebook.
Regarding the offer, I recommend prepaid orange Free. In addition to several advantages, it has large bonuses, more precisely for each top-up you get the internet package properly without a limited time to use. And so for 5pln you get 2.5GB, for 20pln 10GB etc.

Orange offers this for a fee only in subscription offers. I confirmed this in customer service. The cheapest subscription costs not much PLN 10, and IP PLN 7 (unfortunately dynamic, as static as PLN 20). It is a pity that the second package already costs PLN 40 for 50GB, which is a big difference, and there is nothing between e.g. for PLN 15-20. However, I would like to avoid this subscription at all costs because I know that I will not use it for 2 years, but rather half a year max year.
I am curious if any other network has a more interesting offer, so I hope that someone will propose something.

You're kidding, in pre-paid offers no operator offers public IP with external access. For companies, you already know, fixed IP is paid for individuals and dynamic can be started for free by BOK justifying its use (APN vpn). In Plus for individual dynamic IP with external access for 6.15 PLN / month and static for 18.45 PLN / month http://www.plus.pl/documents/16/10f2425b-51fe-445d-8797-3c753fd56212? title = Regulations_promocji_Dostep_do_Internetu_z_publicznych_IP.pdf The only MVNO with this address is a subscription in Otvarta, it works on the Plus infrastructure as you already know.

What exactly do you need a public address for?

Why a public address to play games? Will you not play solitaire without it? :D You don't have to have a public address for every game?

And where did the term "game" fall once? I wrote that I need access to the server. Specifically to the database server, but I don't know what it matters to what exactly.

The thing is that without a subscription there will be no public address and access to the server can also be obtained through a VPN. And you can take a subscription in Otvarta because you have short contracts there, as cheap as you want.

I hesitate between the subscription in Orange for PLN 10 + PLN 7, and the contract with Otvarta for PLN 26. Here and here 10GB but open falls 10 PLN more, although with a static IP. Maybe someone will bury some other MVNO with the public, if not I will have to choose one of them.

In Orange, you have a funnel after the limit and I haven't found anything about it in the open. If the address is variable, then you set DDNS.
