Hello. I am thinking of buying the Internet orange Lte office 999GB, does anyone use it and how does it work. I live in a place where the internet is a luxury. There is one radio provider and he is my provider so far, but I have a subscription with 30Mb / s download and 10Mb / s upload and get Max 6Mb / s at 1Mb / s. The supplier is a monopoly in this area and has somewhere to buyers because there is no competition. I started browsing Lte's offers and it got me interested there.

Check the 4G coverage of operators, but not only maps, but a phone in hand, LTE application and check, because it may turn out that nothing better than what you have, you will not get out ...

I do not have much to check with the phone, because I have Plus. There are two transmitters on the map, one is 4 km from Bielawa, but there are forests on the way, and the other about 10 km from Orenice and forests. 99-423 Seligi

Someone will tell you if it will work, it makes sense to buy. I still think over satellite, but they have a slow upload speed.

Have you done any ORANGE tests at home? If you do it, you will soon feel like internet from them. You've already given bodies with Plus, so don't go for an even worse operator.

When it comes to telephones and coverage, this is a problem in every network, the Internet was not only a plus for the Internet. When you call the operator, they are delighted that there is a special antenna, and the range of the telephone and the Lte (home) Internet and the telephone are two different things. So there is no point in pushing into lte. Or maybe you still have opinions about satellite Internet.

Satellite? heh 30 / 6Mb costs over PLN 100, and pings are terrible, not for games.

Why not talk to your local supplier? I also had problems with the 2.4GHz radio, but when they replaced it with 5GHz, well-positioned antennas and then it flashed nicely.

I probably have no choice, she has already made such a conversation, the subscription went up nicely, and the speed was unchanged.

But the choice of mobile operators does not end with Orange, in your location coverage is not a problem, but what the NetWorks network looks like in the area. It is used by Orange and T-mobile and May BTS only 800 / 900MHz, i.e. Bielawska Wieś, Gaj and Gosławice. On such bays only LTE800, each operating on 10MHz bands, by assumption are free and in practice clogged, so do the Orange and T-mobile test on their cards on the phone outside, install the application https://play.google.com/store/apps /details?id=cz.mroczis.netmonster&hl=pl and show screenshots from it and speedtests for these operators. Plus has BTS in Bielawy with LTE1800 at 20MHz and pseudo LTE900 at 5MHz and nothing else, this station serves a huge area, so Plus there is practically no such thing and the choice of a phone with this operator is a bad joke, check the Internet from Plus on this card what you have just like before Orange. This is the worse information, at the end the operator who puts the competition on the paddles there, i.e. PLAY, the nearest base stations are Gosławice and Piotrowice, there are 3 LTE1800 bands at 15MHz, LTE2100 at 10MHz and LTE800 at 5MHz, i.e. in the aggregation of the 30MHz band, at your place outside you can use it, take the Play test and see for yourself. It is the only mobile operator that is able to provide normal internet in this location.

Plus, orange, and t mobail transmitters are on one property, there are two masts on this property, one plus it mobail and the other orange. Wife pa Play and coverage worse than a plus. I think you have to let go of GSM, and the satellite remains.

First, turn off the RK wife on the phone if you want to test the Play home network on the wife's phone, you do not understand the topic, Play has built a 60 m mast in Gosławice, about 4 km from you, so you should even see it. PLAY antennas on top, below T-mobile. For this, the same in Piotrowice. As I said, Play test with this application but with domestic roaming turned off. Let's treat the satellite as a bad joke, in Play there are two BTSs to choose from, so due to their visibility, the directional antenna will allow you to choose the one that gives better speeds, I do not throw words to the wind. Anyway, I know this area, I live 30 km from you.

FAQ

TL;DR: Near 99‑423 Seligi, Play aggregates ~30 MHz for LTE and has nearby towers; “the only operator that is able to provide normal internet here.” Test before buying Orange’s 999GB plan. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18551920]

Why it matters: It helps remote-area residents choose a workable internet option without wasting money.

Quick Facts

Is Orange LTE Office 999GB a good option for Seligi and nearby villages?

Test first. In your area, Orange uses NetWorks sites that often offer only LTE800 (10 MHz). Those cells have limited capacity and get congested. Measure real speeds outdoors before committing. If results are weak, prioritize Play instead. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18551920]

Which mobile operator gives the best LTE performance near 99-423 Seligi?

Play stands out. Two nearby BTS (Gosławice and Piotrowice) and about 30 MHz of aggregated spectrum boost speeds. Use a directional antenna to lock the better site. “The only operator that is able to provide normal internet here.” [Elektroda, matek451, post #18551920]

How do I correctly test Play coverage and speed on my phone?

Turn off domestic roaming so your phone uses Play’s native network only. Test outdoors facing Gosławice or Piotrowice. The Gosławice mast is ~60 m tall and ~4 km away. Run several speed tests at peak and off‑peak times. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18552089]

How do I benchmark each operator with NetMonster?

  1. Insert an Orange, T‑Mobile, Plus, or Play SIM and install NetMonster.
  2. Go outdoors and note LTE bands, EARFCN, and cell ID; take screenshots.
  3. Run multiple speedtests and compare results per operator and spot. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18551920]

Is Plus worth considering for home internet in Seligi?

Only as a last check. Plus serves Bielawy with LTE1800 (20 MHz) and a narrow LTE900 (5 MHz) layer. That single station covers a huge area, so performance suffers. If you already have a Plus SIM, test it quickly. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18551920]

Why do Orange/T‑Mobile connections feel slow even with strong signal?

Local NetWorks sites often provide only LTE800 (10 MHz) for coverage. These narrow-band cells saturate during busy hours. Throughput can fall sharply under load. Data caps do not fix cell congestion. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18551920]

Is satellite internet a viable alternative for remote work or gaming?

It’s costly and laggy. A user cites 30/6 Mb plans over PLN 100 with very high latency. “Pings are terrible, not for games.” Use satellite only if mobile options fail for basic browsing and email. [Elektroda, procsa, post #18551543]

Can a 5 GHz upgrade improve my local WISP radio link?

Yes. Replacing 2.4 GHz gear with 5 GHz and aligning antennas improved stability and speed for a user. Ask your ISP about a CPE swap and proper alignment. “Then it flashed nicely” after the upgrade. [Elektroda, procsa, post #18551543]

There are forests between me and the towers—what can I do?

Use a directional LTE antenna to select the clearer of the two Play BTS. Aim toward Gosławice or Piotrowice and compare speeds. Visibility helps, and the antenna lets you choose the better path. Test both directions before mounting. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18552089]

How do I choose between the Gosławice and Piotrowice Play BTS?

Test each site separately. Face the antenna toward one mast and lock LTE. Run several speedtests and note stability. Repeat for the other mast. Keep the alignment that delivers higher and steadier throughput. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18552089]

If I stick with Orange/T‑Mobile, what’s the best way to validate performance?

Get SIMs and measure outdoors first. Check which LTE band you connect to; LTE800-only cells have limited capacity. Compare peak and off‑peak results. If speeds disappoint, retest with Play’s native network instead. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18551920]

Does a big 999GB allowance guarantee fast internet?

No. Speed depends on radio capacity and load, not only the data cap. LTE800-only cells congest and limit throughput. Verify real speeds on-site before you choose the plan. Big allowances help only when sectors have headroom. [Elektroda, matek451, post #18551920]

Should I trust coverage maps when choosing LTE internet?

Do not rely on maps alone. Take a phone, install an LTE app, and test each operator on-site. Real measurements beat theoretical coverage. Walk outside and record bands and speeds before buying. [Elektroda, procsa, post #18550720]
