Even if you gave the model, there would be grounds for discussion. It is given in the description -> will not bring benefits.
In addition, this Ready Boost does nothing.

    Intel(R) Celeron(R) N3060 processor 1.6 - 2.16 GHz
    2 GB RAM memory
    32 GB eMMC disk
    Windows 10 operating system
    Model - Lenovo YOGA 300-11ibr

Surely ReadyBoost will do nothing? I only have 2 GB of RAM and mussels.

To use the ReadyBoost function you must have a flash drive or SD card connected. You just click right on the USB stick or tab >> ReadyBoost tab. I think it works that way.

Can you force ReadyBoost? My Asus E402Y has 4GB of RAM, no memory expandability, and Win 10 says it's enough.

Sorry, but you have a very weak processor. ReadyBoost won't help much here, although more memory is also advisable in your case.

The original was win 10s. Tried rapsbian, ubuntu, chrome and muddy everywhere. Now win 10 home. It works fine on files, but when browsing the net, it's a disaster.

And you won't do anything about it.

The current Internet is a very heavy Internet, unfortunately.

Topic summary

ReadyBoost is a feature in Windows 10 that can potentially enhance system performance by utilizing external storage devices like USB flash drives or SD cards. To enable ReadyBoost, users must connect a compatible device, right-click on it, and select the ReadyBoost tab. However, the effectiveness of ReadyBoost is debated, especially for systems with limited RAM and weaker processors, such as the Intel Celeron N3060 with 2 GB of RAM. Many users suggest that with such specifications, ReadyBoost may not provide significant benefits, and upgrading RAM is advisable for better performance.
