    Hello,
the problem is that with one 8GB RAM chip - the computer has 5.98GB access.
The system is Win7 64 bit.
Question 1: How and if it can be increased, and how can it be increased?
Could it have something to do with the CPU from the AMD A8 7600 that the Kaveri (integrated graphics card) has, but I'm currently using a dedicated card.
Question 2: Could this have something to do with RAM?
Question 3: How can I check if my CPU is taking up some Kaveri RAM? And how to check if the integrated one is working all the time?

What kind of Windows do you have? I mean type. Just because you have 64 bit doesn't mean you're making the most of your RAM. For example, such a Home Basic can only use 4GB, while the Ultimate 128GB. ;)

Click start and enter "msconfig" and confirm with enter, in the new window go to the "boot" tab and in "advanced options". Here check the "maximum memory" option and set the memory up to maximum, check it and OK. Apply and restart the system and see how it is

is at maxa marked, windows ultimate.

Well, now the question remains, how and whether it is possible to turn off this integrated graphics system completely?
If there is no such option, the second question: is it possible to smoothly change these systems with the help of the program (there is some manual work with it) gtx in "rest" takes 40-50 watts more than the integrated one

I consider the topic to be resolved - I got 2 ways to deal with this problem.
Now all you have to do is choose one of them and use it.
Many thanks to the Falconett user

Increasing Accessible RAM in Win7 64-bit with 8GB Chip, AMD A8 7600, and Kaveri CPU

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing limited accessible RAM (5.98GB) on a Windows 7 64-bit system with an 8GB RAM chip, AMD A8 7600 CPU, and Kaveri architecture. The user inquires about potential solutions to increase accessible RAM, suspecting that the integrated graphics may be reserving memory. Responses indicate that the Windows version affects RAM accessibility, with Windows Ultimate supporting up to 128GB. Users suggest checking the "maximum memory" setting in msconfig and confirm that the integrated graphics card reserves 2GB of VRAM, reducing available RAM. The conversation also covers methods to disable the integrated graphics to free up RAM, with links to guides provided. The user concludes that they have received two viable solutions to their problem.
