ASUS K555L Laptop: Optimizing 6GB RAM Usage and Reducing 100% Disk Utilization in Windows 10

Hello,
I have a problem with the ASUS K555L laptop with 10 wines.
Specifications of the laptop (screenshots from dxdiag) in the attachment.
I have the following problem with my hardware. Laptop only uses a little over 2GB of RAM when 6 is installed. I used msconfig from console -> boot -> advanced -> maximum memory, but unfortunately it doesn't help. I also read about the bios frame remap, but in the Advanced tab I do not have the Chipset Configuration option.
Another problem is the disk. There are moments that its use in the task manager reaches 100%, any ideas how to reduce / fix it?

As for the excessive use of the disk - throw in its SMART first.

SMART is incomplete, I cannot see all parameters.
