Hello. Laptop Asus F555LJ-XO948T Win10 does not respond to F2 at startup, every time Windows starts, the F2 button when the system starts working properly. Any ideas or hints?

I'm just writing that doesn't work. What would you do in such a situation? Bios reset? Before I spin it, I prefer to ask, maybe someone has encountered such a problem?
