Probably not.
Enter the tablet model, because many devices can be called a tablet.
The first problem is that Windows 7 was unlikely to be used on tablets, then Microsoft was making a separate version for mobile devices, only 8 and 10 appeared on tablets.
At the same time there was a variety of tablets on Intel Core, which turned into hybrid laptops, there was Windows 7.
In general, tablets are unlikely to use Bios or UEFI prepared for Windows, so the installation will be rather a problem. In addition, you must have the appropriate version of Windows for the tablet. Windows 8 and 10 are supposed to be universal, but only seemingly. It will be easier if there is a clone on Windows, if this tablet has ARM, it's rather hard.
In addition, if the tablet is ARM-enabled, you will not install windows 7 on it, even if you install a newer version, programs designed for x86 will not work, i.e. 90% of applications from outside the Microsoft store. If it is on an atom and has no more than 1GB of RAM, it's also bad.
Sam, tempted by the vision of a tablet with Windows, I gave up searching for such an installation for the purchase of a Chinese with Windows 8.1 and I was severely disappointed, Android on an Atom with 1GB of RAM flashes like crazy, while I have an almost identical tablet with Windows 8.1 and I do not use it, which True, most windows programs will install and run there, but the speed of operation leaves much to be desired. Windows is simply 4x slower in my opinion. Apart from the operating time, because Android has been turned off for almost 2 months, Windows works much shorter (I honestly don't remember whether it's time in individual hours or dozens).
The question is what equipment do you have, because if it is weak, it is a pity to bother.
