Hello. I have not found such a topic anywhere, so I assume a new one. I woke up this morning, look ... and?
I'm seeing the message "Phone Locked. This phone is lost"
I do not know what's going on, because I'm sure that no one left the phone during the night. In addition, I will add that the phone was bought in the commission about 2 months ago. Is it possible that this is a stolen phone?

    I am asking for advice.

    Best wishes.

Or lost. Someone with "papers" reported the theft or loss to the operator who blocked the phone. I suspect that you will have a visit of "sad masters" and you will be densely explained from the entry into his possession. Yes, it is like buying occasionally without documents. Not these times of buddy.

Probably someone stopped paying back the phone and was therefore blocked.
Now go to the place where you bought and report them to the situation. If they solve the problem, it's OK and if you do not have to take the next steps.

This is the case from the link provided by @dziarski Hank and the installments could be further repaid only the operator stated (it is not difficult to check by the operator) that the buyer sold the phone to a third party against the contract and blocked it although this is not necessarily legally legal.

No matter what the case is, you can not accuse someone that he consciously bought a cheat phone in the commission because if it did not happen, it is not his fault.
Now, he should face it in relation to the person whom he sold such a phone, but they themselves are also wronged and should claim their rights from the person who sold the phone to them.

Do you have such a deal somewhere, with such a point?

The UOKiK is already interested in the practices used by Polkomtel and T-Mobile.

I receive many invoices with the due date on which it is written that the seller is the owner of the goods. I consider the entry as nonsense and I sell this product even though I have not yet paid the supplier. Is such a record legal and if something effective is not penetrated. Is there a similar record in the contracts with the operator, I do not know. If they use it, it probably is. The second matter is whether it is lawful.
