Today I purchased the above-mentioned Asus DSL-AC52U router and Alcatel IK40V sim router. Using the capabilities of asus, and specifically DUAL WAN, I would like to combine it so that it flashes together in "Fail over" or "Load balance" mode. I have a subscription to a card with internet in the PLAY network and internet from Netia. I have been configuring it for two hours but nothing comes of it, the internet via the cable works but the second WAN (Alcatel modem) is still 'Disconnected'. I checked what 3 \ 4G LTE modems support ausus and there is an alcatel there, but not my model . Do I need some drivers to get this bang together?

Asus may not support the lousy Alcatel on OFW.

On the Asus website there is information that the compatible models and networks are as follows:
    Huawei E1750C Play
    Huawei E156G Play
    Huawei E1823 ERA
    Huawei E372 ERA
    Alcatel X221S ERA
And the question is, is there a chance to upload some drivers or remake the hardware so that it goes bang>? I paid about PLN 200 from this Alcatel and it would be a pity for the money :P

In MediaMark some f ** s told me that it would be good -_- so what do you propose to buy so that it all had arms and legs?

Alcatel is worth nothing, not PLN 200, you should buy Huawei E3372 for PLN 50-70, it would rather be compatible. And it is a bad idea to believe a guy whose job it is to sell and not advise.

I will add that this Alcatel has a built-in slot for a micro SD card and after inserting 16gb and connecting to Asus the router sees the memory and the name of Alcatel

What's your problem, go ahead and give that scrap.

If purchased in person in a stationary store, the seller has the right not to accept this return.

And here it takes revenge that you first bought and then checked if Asus supports - wrong order.

No drivers, even lunar ones, will do anything here - the device is recognized by hardware.
