[Solved] Excel - Ctrl + C selects several cells, not one. how to eliminate it

Hello,
the case looks like this:
1. When I press ctrl + c, instead of copying a given cell, the program selects a certain area of the table or the entire table
2. If I press ctrl + c, and the cell I want to copy is at least one empty cell away from the table, ctrl + c does not work
3. When I use the mouse, the "copy" function works and everything is fine
4. ctrl + v works normally

It looks like "ctrl + c" has lost its "copy" function

Request: Help me get rid of this damn thing
