    Welcome.
I plan to buy a battery charger for various types.
I have read several topics such as: https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3313594.html, however, they mainly concern AA / AAA chargers.
Initial searches lead to two models:
    - EverActive UC-4000 - http://everactive.pl/ladowarka-everActive-UC-4000
    - XTAR VP4 Plus DRAGON - https://www.bto.pl/produkt/60942/ladowarka-xtar-vp4-plus-dragon-18650
Dragon is a bit more expensive (about PLN 300 on the allegro) and I wonder if it is worth paying extra.
It is important that the charger charges the Li-ion 18650 cell without protection.
I would like to buy one charger instead of two ...
It seems to me that as new chargers for many battery models do not charge worse than older separate for AA / AAA and separate for Li-ion 18650.

Do any of you have these models and share your insights?

For my part, I can recommend Joinrun S4. It supports what you need, you can check the capacity of the cell and its internal resistance. Unfortunately, you can only buy it from a Chinese. I bought on AliExpress as a promotion for about 70 PLN.

I have been using Opus BT-C3100 for a long time (over two years) and I am happy with it. It has everything you expect.

@ rafi84 Thanks for the suggestion. However, I would like to buy something in Poland.

@ Peter G # From what I see this charger has no protection against inserting the battery the other way around.
Maybe I can handle it somehow and mark batteries :)

Do you know if the charger has overcharge protection for non-self-contained batteries? For example, Sanyo NCR18650GA.

Yes, this charger carefully controls the battery charging process, including temperature control.

I am also wondering what to choose OPUS BT-C3100 V2.2, LIITOCAL LII-500 or EverActive UC-4000

I will refresh the inquiry about the charger.
    1. EverActive NC-3000
    2. EverActive UC-4000
    3. Opus BT-C3100 V2.2 / V1.1
    4. Repair my Powerex MH-C9000 (broken chokes)
    5. Different?

Many of these chargers today. Charges mainly AA, AAA, R20, 18650 cells (but I have an additional one, so it is not required)

This and I will slightly refresh because after about 10 years of Xtar VC4 something is starting to fail.

Mainly it's about charging AA, very occasionally 18650, testing cells.

I know all of the following from the description and third-party opinions, which show that each meets my needs, they are within the budget of PLN 200. Has anyone used at least 2 of the following?

    Opus BT C3100
    Vapcell S4 plus
    Newell Smart C4 Supra 4
    Xtar VC4SL 4 charger

I've been using opus intensively for almost 8 years, recently ordered a Vapcell for my brother and I'm wondering if I should buy one for myself as well. Higher charging currents, more options, you can charge longer batteries (e.g. secured 21700 or 26800 do not fit in the opus). Of course, I'm comparing it to the version from 8 years ago, I don't know what the current one looks like.

    Conditionally unlocked
I recommend Liitokala lii-600. The only drawback is that it does not charge the batteries to the appropriate level for storage.
