[Solved] Defro Bio Slim 10KW: Fire Loss During Operation, Burner Issues & Troubleshooting Tips

10kw. Loss of fire during work. Source - burner.
Installed, just inserted radiators.
The parents have the same and from them I have the parameter in the pictures below.

After 2-4 hours, the fire disappears. The instruction claims that there may be pellet wine and it may be worth removing the firewall at the end of the burner, so I did, but it's still the same.

The problem seems to be solved - the ballast was for 35s (larger than standard), I changed to 30s and from that moment there was no fire disappearance. Probably too often ballast pushed burning pellets into the chamber and put out the fire.
