    Hello all.
I have a problem: A hanging oven like in the subject, a 150L water tank, a double-walled double-walled chimney about 10m. He has been working without problems for 2 years. Once maintained by an unauthorized company - last year after the season.
By accident, during the work in the basement, the team probably leaned against the stove and caused the housing to be bent and unsealed. There was building dust in the basement - renovation works were carried out. I noticed the leakage yesterday, when the boiler reported the above mentioned mistake. I have sealed the housing, I have reset the boiler - however, he worked a few hours and again E036.
I have noticed that the opening and closing of the casing during boiler operation caused the flame to go off immediately - with the boiler unsealed, the boiler works normally. So I turned off the boiler, pulled out the pipe supplying air to the boiler (it contains two sponge filters), the whole vacuumed (there was a lot of dust), connecting with the inlet to the fan. I did not remove anything else, I did not unscrew. I cleaned the pipe, cleaned the filters thoroughly ....
After folding and sealing the housing, the boiler started normally. The flame does not go out anymore after opening and installing the housing, however, the error still occurs, especially when the boiler reduces its efficiency. After a slight leakage, the boiler works normally - however, as you know, it does not suck air from outside only from the room.
Is it necessary to clean the burner and the air exchanger? Can you do it yourself or do you have to call a service?
If you are cleaning yourself (which seems quite simple), do you need to have some gaskets that need to be replaced during such an operation? By means of a deep cleaning, I mean opening the burner and other elements and vacuuming them and then folding them - as described in the instructions.
I am asking for help in this regard

A bit bad because these boilers have a 5-year warranty (or 7 bought in the promotion) but provided that they carry out annual inspections by an authorized service center.
If you have error e36, the case is made up of three things - boiler maintenance (including dusty elements and exchanger), chimney and gas.

If you call the service (you can try under the warranty - you can only pay for a full service because you still have no choice), if the service technician finds that the boiler is excessively dirty in the middle and the error is displayed, the guarantee will not take you into account . How will you know it? After the fan, exchanger, ducts, electrode and siphon (assuming that the center of the boiler has been vacuumed and cleaned by a flash). For this unsealed housing.

The service should: check the current and ground phases, clean the exchanger, electrode, gas reducer (in the gas box), check the gas pressure, exhaust gas analysis and, if necessary, the adjustment. At the end, a PCB is suspected (failure not related to the renovation in the boiler room).

    I wish you successes...

As for this guarantee ... as I bought it from what I remember was a 24mc warranty. The boiler was installed by the company which was authorized, however in this period (end of 2014) dedietrich changed the conditions of these authorizations and it turned out that this company no longer has a warranty authorization, so I covered the topic.
Unsealing the housing as a result of repair works was temporary - just the housing jumped through the limiter and was open for a month - currently everything is as it should be ...

The chimney was what it was - nothing was moved so I doubt it would be a chimney. Currently, the boiler works normally after a slight unsealing of the casing - before my cleaning, only the full opening of the casing allowed for work without interruption.

Does anyone know if the procedure of vacuuming the burner and exchanger is difficult and to do it yourself? Do you need to exchange any gaskets?

    Greetings.

What filter do you write about?
Both the air intake and the exhaust outlet can only have a grille against birds.
The combustion process and the air flow (oxygen) and combustion gases are otherwise disturbed by the combustion chamber. And then miracles happen to you.
The service can be performed by anyone, but it is impossible without a methane detector, micromanometer and exhaust gas analyzer. It is necessary to seal the gas valve, sometimes the gasket of the burner, sometimes the electrode. The burner and exchanger are not vacuumed, they are only washed.

    greetings

So yes ... thank you for any advice. I called for de dietrich. He cleaned (actually washed the exchanger or what is called there), cleaned the burner (mesh), measured the exhaust and all parameters (including efficiency, co2 and such).
It turned out that the burner was dirty, the combustion chamber / exchanger was supposedly ok (however it was washed). At the end he adjusted the full range of power, he also cleaned the electrode and pumped the membrane vessel in the furnace (apparently there was little air in it).
He added: "I have seen worse." Everything quickly and efficiently
In my opinion, if not for the exhaust gas analyzer and regulation - the whole can be done by yourself. Both the assembly and dismantling of elements is simply trivial.
    Greetings.
