    Hello.
I bought my mother a new THOMSON 40FC3201 TV.
After a few days of operation, the TV switched itself to the Demo-Store mode, displaying
    various information.
    Previously there was a message:

Recommended to continue in store mode Yes - No

Mom claims that she doesn`t press anything at this time, the message disappears and the store mode is on.

After switching to Home mode in the menu, everything is OK for the next few days.
Other settings, e.g. brightness, contrast, etc., remain unchanged.
I don`t know if it`s a glitch or if I`m setting something wrong, before I report it to the service, I`ll try asking questions on the forum.

    Regards.

I haven`t done that, I`ll try it, but I`ll have to wait a few days to see the results.

I managed to upload new firmware from the manufacturer`s website, let`s see if it solves the problem.

From what my mother says, when the message was displayed:
Recommended to continue in store mode Yes - No

she said NO, she is an older person and must not have done it before.
Now it says that the demo mode is not coming back.
