The problem appeared today, I have the speaker for over a month, I connected it to charging for the night and in the morning after disconnecting the red LED was on all the time until now, the speaker does not respond to anything.

And what is this related to the glitch you noticed? An LED indicates a state - and that should be described. Only after familiarizing yourself with what this diode signals when it shines in red, you can more or less tell what is the cause. However, do not expect an unambiguous answer - each fault can have several (at least) causes, and in order to identify them, you need to have the equipment under your nose and check.
I'm afraid (after your post) that you won't be able to handle it yourself, so anyway - the website.

The only problem is that the loudspeaker cannot be turned on or off. It does not respond to anything and the diode does not give the speaker anything, it can not even be reset to the factory state, the speaker has cut off ;) charging gives nothing and changes nothing.

And what does the instruction manual say about this condition?

And back, what should I do? Wait for the loudspeaker to discharge or take it apart? And restart it manually.

    Added after 56 [seconds]:

I am looking and there is nothing about it.
In JBL, hold it 30 seconds off / on and it works
For me, none of these things work.

Take the speaker aside as you can. Disconnect the power. Wait. Plug in.

Topic summary

The JBL GO2 speaker is experiencing a constant red LED light issue, indicating it is unresponsive and unable to charge. Users suggest that the red LED may signal a fault, but the exact cause is unclear without diagnostic equipment. The speaker cannot be turned on or off, and attempts to reset it by holding the power button for 30 seconds have failed. Recommendations include disconnecting the power, waiting, and then reconnecting it, but if these steps do not work, seeking professional service may be necessary.
