    Hello!
Some time ago I bought a jbl speaker.
I have it for about 3 months and everything was fine until today, I connected it to my laptop but it suddenly turned off, does not respond to any buttons. There is absolutely nothing you can do with it and even if you want to connect it to the charger, the LED also does not light up. What to do? Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

Maybe I'm picking on, but if he wrote the name correctly (capital letter: Jbl Go), and preferably in quotes - I would not have doubts. And yes - I had doubts whether it was about the type of the speaker or the recent gross grammar errors in the spelling.
As for the fault itself - I would like to start with the hint of Kolegia dominator8 and familiarize myself above all with the operating instructions of this device (the word "loudspeaker" usually refers to the electroacoustic transducer itself).
    Greetings.

JBL GO is a speaker with battery and BT.
Has a friend solved the problem?
In my case, the speaker worked well until the first charging.
It was connected to the Sony charger by micro usb at the beginning the LED was flashing red, then it started to glow and turned off.
And that would be enough because it did not start correctly, if it was for a moment with a distinct slam in the speaker.
I tried other original chargers and computer, I changed the cable, the LED turned on red for a dozen or so seconds and went out, which meant that the battery should be charged.
You can reset it in 2 ways that did not help me.
Reset the pairings together hold the "BT" buttons "-"
Full reset hold together the extreme buttons "turn on" "phone"

I gave up the loudspeaker and received a refund.
I would like to buy one more speaker but I'm afraid, because there are many entries in the network with this problem.
I wonder if there is any defect for a certain series or maybe a long storage period in the warehouse has a negative impact on the battery?

Probably there were defective parts of these devices in the distribution.
The problem manifested itself at the beginning of automatic shutdown after a few minutes of work.
    Then a complete device failure.
In MediaExpert they were efficient while in Auchan no longer, although I do not exclude that they could appear everywhere.
