Hi, and has anyone had the problem that the km value doesn't change? I.e. the oil service pops up new, which in my case is 10 kkm and 13 msc, but the inspection remains 0 km and 0 msc all the time, which leaves me with the key on the dashboard glowing all the time
I have a similar problem with my Lagoon 3. I recently performed my second inspection and deleting information completely without effect. Obviously acting according to the manual and similar sources. As I am having the repairs done at a workshop supposedly specialising in French cars, I asked for the supposedly simple activity to be carried out. In both cases the activity took some time i.e. it was not a snap. The comment that they do this differently on different vehicles and, of course, the mysterious face. The fact that no diagnoscope was used for this but only equipment available to the public. I don't know if it was by chance the brake or clutch pedal. Unfortunately I can't help. I would also like to add that yes I have met other Renault users for whom this did not work.
