Hello. I have a problem with the stove, error code d5 came up. The stove turns on and off over and over again. There is no such error in the manual. Anyone had such a problem? Please give me some information

It was a condensate accumulation sensor

Hello, I have the same problem, can you tell me how you solved the d5 error?

For posterity. The problem is an error in Junkers Carapur Midi stoves (in my case ZWB24-1RE23S5300), but each ZWB24 series has the same design when it comes to this error. Error d5 is caused by accumulation of condensate (two options here - dirty siphon or condensate drain), damage to the condensate accumulation sensor (or short circuit of the cables to this sensor) or damage to the electronics itself - but this is rare. The most common cause is contamination on the sensor itself, catching moisture that shortens it, or corrosion of the sensor itself, which leads to the same error. All you need to do is clean or replace the sensor itself - the cost at the beginning of 2023 is approximately PLN 65. This can be solved TEMPORARILY, but only if we are sure that the condensate is drained without any problems (you need to clean the siphon and the drainage pipe) and check whether water is not rising in the siphon. We then disconnect one of the connectors on the condensate accumulation sensor (located in the upper part on the right side under the top cover), usually two blue wires or a blue and black wire. After disconnecting, the problem with the d5 code will disappear, but the failure will remain - no, this is not a complete solution to the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND leaving it without cleaning or replacing the sensor - this may cause greater problems (costs) if the condensate drain is clogged, because the condensate will get into the condensing unit and may leak onto the stove and damage the electronics and other servo mechanisms. Hello, Happy New Year!
I have the following question - my ZSBR 28-3a boiler received the `inspection required` message two weeks ago. But the stove worked without any problems, so I decided to wait until after the holidays, because I had a family raid. Today I looked into the furnace and in the semi-transparent trap of the siphon I saw a lot of sediments and various flakes, it was all gray in color. I removed the sediment tank from its clips, cleaned it and checked the channel leading to it with my finger (gray, slanted). It was also clogged. I placed a bowl and rinsed it with a large syringe, and a lot of mud and six hornet carcasses came out again. Once the rinse was clean, I put the boiler back together and turned it on. He started driving and started it. About half an hour there was a message about filling the siphon alternating with the temperature. Then In appeared again, alternating with temperature. The boiler seems to be working properly, the radiators are warm. Does this message need to be deleted? How?
    Thank you and best regards.

Hello. To replace the condensate accumulation sensor, do I have to disassemble the heat exchanger to which it is mounted?

And I have no idea because I haven't even located it. There is one sensor installed in the chamber from which the gray drain channel came out, but when I unplugged the cable from it, a completely different error appeared - E9 (something with combustion). I connected the sensor, put everything back together and it works, it still has the message 'inspection required', but the last error is E9 from 3 days ago.
Now I would just like to delete this message, the errors will no longer appear. Only in history.

Hello, can colleagues give me the symbol of the circuit that is in the inverter fired, I can not find the component with the symbol, please help a lot, greetings.

    Added after 5 [minutes]:

Hello, I found information that this circuit is: TNY277GN, can anyone confirm this?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the Junkers Cerapur Midi ZWB 24-1 RE stove, which is experiencing an unknown error code "d5" that causes it to turn on and off repeatedly. Users report that this error is linked to condensate accumulation issues, specifically related to the condensate accumulation sensor. Common causes include a dirty siphon, clogged condensate drain, or a malfunctioning sensor. Solutions suggested include cleaning or replacing the sensor, which costs approximately PLN 65. Users also mention the importance of ensuring proper drainage to prevent recurrence of the error. Additional discussions touch on related issues with other models and sensors.
